Throughout 2022, Penguin Refrigerated sponsored the riding gear of a local trails competitor and are now delighted to announce that their sponsorship will continue for 2023.
Milly, who is 25 years of age, has only been trails riding for the last two years, but in this time has gained vast experience by taking part in a variety of competitions.
During the past year, Milly competed in a European Round and came away with an impressive 4th place in the Women’s International Class – giving her an overall ranking of 11th in Europe.
On top of this, Milly also secured a 1st place victory in her first ever Ladies British Round which allowed her to move up a group and compete in the Ladies Intermediate Class, where she finished 4th.
Milly Chambers said: “I would like to thank everyone at Penguin Refrigerated for continuing to support my trails journey.
“I look forward to seeing where this year takes me, as I hope to compete in the Full British Series and will also be travelling to France to compete in the 4 Jours de la Creuse.”
Kieron Reynolds, Director of Penguin Refrigerated, added: “I am pleased to extend our sponsorship of Milly for the forthcoming year, she has had a lot of success throughout 2022 which I am sure will continue!
“It is important to us as a Company to be involved in the community, and I believe this includes supporting local talent.
“Everyone at Penguin Refrigerated wishes Milly the best of luck for 2023.”
